As personal trainers, we're judged by our results. Our results are the reason our clients stay with us for years, not just for a boot camp or a 12 week challenge. Below are some of the results we've achieved. Every example is an "average" person, not a body builder, figure athlete or model.
Every result was achieved through intelligent nutrition and training. We do not utilise nor endorse fad diets, ridiculous supplementation or unsustainable, excessive exercise programs.

K.M came to us after investing in a personal trainer but not getting the results she thought her efforts deserved. Achieving an outstanding improvement of almost 30mm of fat loss in 3 weeks, K.M is now one of our most dedicated trainees and a proud advocate of our studio.
N.P had been training for years but was struggling with improvement. Once we overhauled her nutrition and exercise schedule her results were incredible. This result is even more impressive once you know that she'd been training 5x per week and following mainstream diet advice!
S.M achieved this impressive result through some solid lifting and intelligent nutritional changes. S.M trained with another establishment prior to commencing with us, but still added significant muscle to his frame and dropped an equally as significant amount of body fat.
M.B was following the standard advice of eating less and moving more. Poor nutritional choices based on poor nutritional information meant that he was getting nowhere. An outstanding result made all the more rewarding when he commented on just how easy it was!
A.S described herself as a "gym tragic". Training for endless hours per week in an attempt to lose body fat. What she lost was the function of her hip, and in her early 20's this was unacceptable. After careful and considered exercise programming and nutritional guidelines, A.S is now training less and achieving better results, with almost no hip pain.
C.C's result is one we're really proud of. She had been training for years, getting good results but had stubborn areas that wouldn't budge. No changes were required to her training but her nutrition was altered and specific supplementation suggested. These changes resulted in clearer thinking, better sleep, more energy and less body fat!
